At Threads & Thrift, I don’t just sell clothes — I give them a new chapter. Every piece in my collection has been hand-selected from preloved sources, carefully inspected, and lovingly presented to become a wardrobe favorite you’ll cherish. My mission is simple: style with purpose — fashion that feels good and does good.
We give new life to pre-loved fabrics and garments by transforming them into thoughtfully designed pieces that reduce waste and celebrate conscious fashion.
Every piece is crafted with intention—using upcycled or responsibly sourced materials to create fashion that feels good to wear and good for the planet.
We believe in slowing down fashion by choosing reuse over excess, helping lessen environmental impact while supporting mindful, ethical consumption.
Threads & Thrift was borne out of a change of direction and pace in my life. Having spent many years in the corporate world, I found myself wanting a more creative way of life . My love of dressmaking, long held at bay with family and career taking priority came flooding back as I finally had space to be thoughtful, mindful. The joy of creating clothes and the different mental energy and pace became my much-needed new purpose in life.
Combining this with an ever growing sense of frustration over the ‘quick fix’ fashion narrative, I found myself exploring charity shops with a whole new focus – upcycling, recycling….making a conscious decision to buy and not accumulate because it’s the trend.
And so Threads & Thrift is a slow fashion brand focused on giving pre-loved fabric, clothes and deadstock fabric a second life, creating clothes that you will want to wear again and again. I source sustainable fabrics and curate unique items, choosing quality, character, and timeless style over fast fashion trends. My aim is to help you make guilt free decisions on a fashion purchase that will be one of a kind (no one else will be wearing it!) and contribute to the ever-growing slow fashion movement.
